Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients
1 x 250g portion store-bought pizza dough (or 2 small pizza bases)
2 tbsp Azalea Grapeseed Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup grated tasty cheese
3 vine cherry tomatoes
2-3 rashers streaky bacon, lightly fried
2 eggs
Chives, to serve
Method
1.
Preheat oven to 240ºC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Prepare dough as per packet instructions then divide into two portions and roll out to about 15cm rough discs.

Whisk together oil and garlic then brush over the bases.
4.
Sprinkle cheese over the top then arrange tomato and bacon over the top. Bake pizzas for 6-8 mins then crack an egg over each and bake for a further 4-6 mins until golden and the eggs are just cooked. Sprinkle with chopped chives to serve.
