Tropical Bliss Balls

6 medjool dates pitted
85g cashew
75g desiccated coconut, plus extra to decorate
130g dried peach, apricot and mango ( or you can use any dried fruit available)
1 tbsp Azalea Grapeseed Oil
Juice and zest of ½ lime
Pinch of sea salt flakes



Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and blitz until a thick paste forms. Roll into balls about 1 tbsp in size then roll in extra coconut to coat.


Refrigerate until ready to serve
